DESCRIPTION
The Big Plastic Count is an UK recycling initiative to bring awareness to the amount of plastic we produce and how it affects the planet. Dylan White and I had worked together before and I was really happy when he invited me to join this project and work with his ideas and illustrations. We needed to figure out a way to bring the typography in a plastic but not too alastic way to the screen and to do it in a procedureal way so we could apply to the three videos that were produced. The animation was meant to be complementary to the information that was being shown and we achieved that calling back to the micro spheres plastic produce.
